Registration fees include 21 % VAT.

*Students need to send a copy of their student ID (or another proof of full-time study) to ECCN 2015 secretariat ( otherwise the full registration will be charged.

Regular/ Student’s Registration Fee Includes:

• Congress bag, Final Programme, Abstract Book
• Coffee-breaks during the Congress
• Admission to Opening Ceremony and Welcome Cocktail

Accompanying Person’s Fee Includes:

How to Register

To register, it is necessary to fill in the on-line Registration Form. 
On-line Registration is now CLOSED.
You will have the possibility to register on-site.

Please, simply fill in the Personal Data Form and a password will be sent to you by e-mail. Your password could be used for your payment, accommodation reservation and for booking other services.
Upon receipt of the Registration Form and the payment, a Letter of Confirmation will be sent to the participants within three working days. Please, present the Letter of Confirmation at the Registration desk at the Congress venue to pick up your materials.
If you take advantage of the early pre-registration rate, payment must be received by the July 10, 2015 deadline. If payment is not received by this deadline, the subsequent rate will automatically apply.
Registration forms received after September 26, 2015 will not be accepted as pre-registration. Please do not send any registration forms or payments after that date. You will have the possibility to register in the Congress venue. The on-site registration will be available from September 29, 2015.

Presenting authors of accepted abstracts have to pay the registration fee in advance before the Congress. Registration fee payment deadline for inclusion of the abstract in the Program and in the Proceedings is August 31, 2015. If an author does not pay the registration by the deadline, his presentation will be cancelled and substituted.

Visa Requirements, Invitation Letters

Letters of invitation to assist with Visa applications can be provided by the Congress Secretariat.
Invitation letters for visa purposes can only be sent to participants who have completed the registration process. Further information regarding visa requirements can be found here.
Visa applications are not the responsibility of the Congress. Please ensure that you submit your application to the appropriate Embassy in good time.  Letters of invitation WILL NOT be issued after 20 August 2015.

If you have a group with five or more participants please send your request to Congress Secretariat:

Cancellations and Refunds

The Congress Secretariat must be notified by e-mail ( or fax (+420 284 001 448) about the cancellation of the registration. Telephone cancellation will not be accepted. The appropriate refunds will be made after the Congress.
The following cancellation conditions apply:

Cancellations received by July 10, 2015 full refund of the registration fee less 30 EUR administrative charge applies
Cancellations received from July 11, 2015 full refund of the registration fee less 50% administrative charge applies
Cancellations received from September 1, 2015 no refund

Refunds will be made in October 2015.

Methods of payment

Registration fees must be paid in EUR by one of the following methods:

Credit Card

For payments through the Online Payment System only MasterCard/Eurocard, Visa and Diners Club credit cards are accepted. These payments will be charged in EUR. Access to the Online Payment System is from the on-line Registration Form.
For payments using American Express credit cards please complete the Credit Card Payment Authorization Form and kindly send it signed by a card holder to the Symposium Secretariat by fax (+420 284 001 448), not via e-mail for security reasons. The payment will be charged in Czech crowns (CZK) at the exchange rate of the Czech National Bank valid on the date of payment.
Credit Card Payment Authorization Form can be also used for MasterCard/Eurocard, Visa (will be charged in EUR) and Diners Club (will be charged in CZK).

Bank Transfer

Please note that payments by bank transfer will only be accepted by September 20, 2015. After this date only payments by credit cards will be accepted (either by using the Online Payment System or by submitting the Credit Card Payment Authorization Form) as mentioned above.

All payments made by bank transfer have to be net of all bank charges. The payer pays the bank charges of their bank, and the beneficiary pays the charges of their bank, if any.
